Silvermine Beach Resort Hotel Hong Kong Review

The Silvermine Beach Hotel is located at the Silvermine Bay in Lantau island - yes, the same island as airport and the Big Buddha is.

 The Silvermine Beach Hotel has two wings - the south wing (the original one) and the new wing, and of course, new wing is more expensive.

It's the only real-ish hotel on Mui Wo because the other two inn/resort - Seaview Holiday Resort and Mui Wo Inn does not really have the facilities and scale.

It is right next to the Silvermine Beach though the piece of beach it faces has no life guard service.  There is a limited area where life guard service is provided by the government so if you are not a good swimmer or you have young children you may want to move to the bit of the beach with more services.
